Validity of second marriage, if divorced first wife after the marrage

(Both Hindu) My sister got first married in the year 2007. Second marriage got in the year Feb-2013. After 18 months Divorce given to first husband i.e June-2014(Decree month) Is her second marriage legally valid or not? Please advise sir
earlier it was six month waiting period now hon'ble supreme court amended as per new amend from the first day onward it is considered and if you want to know more you can consult advocate in person or by telephone.

The second marriage is null and void as the first marriage was subsisting in the year Feb 2013.
Your sister should get her second marriage registered at a later date (i.e after the divorce date plus 90 days) at the sub-registrar office.

Sir this suggestion only. Marriage are made in Heaven, but your problem is first husband of your s sister has not given divoce to your sister, how you have perfomed the second marriedof her. This wrong however second marriage perfomed, your sister has to be maintain the cordic -relatinship with her present husband. The question of validity of the second marriage in between this period { 18 mother s } till the divorce ,the said second marriage is invalid in eye of law or religion.
