Using my daughter to capture her husband's house

I have 1 son and 1 daughter. My daughter is elder than my son. I have got my daughter married to very rich family both by nature & by monetary assets in Pune. However due to my daughter's narcissistic disorder as she is extreme narcissist she could not maintain her marriage. Now I have decided to use my daughter to possess flat of her husband which is in Pune. My daughter will shift to govt quarters for her work. What are the steps to make this flat in my name? Flat money given by my son in law.
Well, your Daughter can merely claim Maintenance and whatever money Court passes for Maintenance amount, which your Daughter's Husband need to give to your Daughter will be decided by Court by considering the expenses and income of your Son in Law. Your Daugher can claim money or flat for Alimony, which is separate from Maintenance which is a Lumpsum amount she can claim to support her survival after Divorce. However, Maintenance Amount which a Wife gets from her Husband on Court Orders is for her current survival, if she is not capable of earning, illiterate, Physically and Mentally Handicap or merely dependent upon her Husband for survival.
