Uncle took grandfather's property but will says he has no right

my Grandfather made a WILL Dated 20/01/1984. Notary. saying that his elder daughter n younger Son( he was not faithful which is mentioned in the will) and their husband/wife, has no right on the property which was brought in 1940/1945. (2 Plot, next to each othe). My Grandfather passed in 11 Aug 1988. My Grandmother passed in 20 Dec 2009. my uncle some how managed to make some document with my father on 50/- stamp paper ( Parivarik Samjotha.) without anyone knowing neither my grandmothers sign and any other family members she was alive. then he sold that land in 2 Sept 2013. i am fighting for last 3 years but i am not getting any Justices. i am Hindu by Religion. I stay in Mumbai and every time i have to go to Jhunjhunu Rajasthan. can you plz help me.
