Uncle sold ancestral property one month of father's death can i claim?

What can I do ? I am working in private sector just one month after my father death my uncle sold ancestral property without my consent. Due to father's long illness and death I have no any leave to go village. Please advice what can I do now

Yes. Either You can ask for his share in the sale amount or make an objection to the extent of his share in the ancessesstral property. Simultaneously, you can also file a criminal case against your uncle for cheating.

of course there is remedy in law. You have to filed a title suit.after filing this.the sell deed will cancelled by the order of court..and you can go under proper trial to recover the share of your ancestral property....

Being coparcenar you have birth right in the ancestor's property. So you can file suit of partition and challenge the sale made by your uncle. And about your issue of time talk to any good advocate, they will try to manage it but you have put your effort for filling the suit.
