Un born child abort five months without consent of me

My wife went to parental home and block me very next day she abort un born child without my consent in private clinic didn’t call me can clinic abort can she abort without my consent is this criminal offence
it is not required that the consent of father is mandatory for abortion. Abortion by the lady is legal if she has followed the procedure as prescribed by MTP and if it has been followed then the question of legality does not arise in case of abortion.

Yes...it comes under the miscarriage of the child. But the timing is also important to decide whether it's miscarriage or not. You can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather than stretching the relationship you should file for a contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
