Transfer pf ownership without physical presence?

HI If both buyer and seller is in USA ,and property located in Nerul Navi Mumabi. than is that possible to change apartment / flat ownership without physically coming to INDIA?
You both need to send power of attorney in favour of your authorise representatives who are in india, the power of attorney need to signed before consulates / embassy. And there after your authorise representatives may sale and purchase your flat.

No it is not possible according to transfer of property act. Also both party need to be present before the sub registrar for the execution of the document where the property is located. Best wishes.

Yes it is possible. But there is a condition to do that activity. Whoes property is mention he want to given his own affidavit to his representative about he have given whole right to do the same .. because reprentative represent his boss (property owner) and same condition also for another side . But affidavit made infront of authority who have the power to do the same.
