To remove 'Middle Name/Father's Name' from major daughter's by Father.

Respected Sir.nMy daughter is 18 year old, due to unfortunate condition created by her Mother, I were not allowed to maintain her in my home , grow and educate her. Now after 18 years old, she denying my fatherhood and also used to sledge me. In all documents there is my name used as middle name, in her name. I want to remove my middle name as a father. nDo I have some remedy in law to remove my name from her name.

For changing her own name, she needs to get a gazette done whereby her middle name can be replaced with her mother’s name. You as a father cannot remove her middle name or replace it because she is an adult and does not need her guardian/parent to make decisions for her
