To break engagement because of being cheated by fiance and her family

My elder brother' fiance and her family hide many things like her medical conditions, about her broken engagement. Now because of her nature, and her critical Medical condition,my brother want to end this engagement but fiance and her family is pressuring us to do marriage or will do FIR .what can we do in such case
