Threatening and false rumours by mother in law
01-May-2025 (In Family Law)
My husband is addicted of playing online games for that he borrowed money from many people even sell his bike, car ,kept gold loan my jewellery and withdrawn money from his mother’s account. Now her mother is blaming me for everything and all the time make pressure on me to bring dowry. I joined IPR GUJARAT but here also she called and make false rumour. My daughter is with my in laws and they want me to leave my job and stay home so that my mother in law can put her frustration on me.
well decide yourself whether you want to do job or remain under pressure of inlaws. a person has to choose well his priorities and cannot make a rational decision without being financially independent. if you think it's not justifiable to you take stand. if you want to live with them it's also your call. in times of confusion take a deep breath. think and decide. listen to some positive thoughts. it's tough as you stated as per circumstances but we always have to take decisions in life for our betterment and if you do it half heartedly you will only face consequence of your whatever decision. thanks god bless

You are advised to maintain all evidence (calls, messages, false rumours, dowry demands) and consult a local family lawyer for filing appropriate legal actions before the competent court or Magistrate.
