My ex bf has filed petition under reg civil suit against me saying tht m harrassing him n his family by phone calls. He did nt mention in his petition tht he had physical relationship with me by giving false promise of marriage. he sent me summons with suote for declaration and perpetual injunction. I hv proofs that he is telling half truth in petition and he has alsp put false allegations against me. How should i teply to summons. Plz guide
