My husband is giving me death threat when I was living with him.then I came to parents home from last 2 month..then I told truth for not livinng with her to their parents ..they don't support me.i express wish to talk face to face with him..but still no rply from their family n from my husband..my husband is telling me that first visit their parents home then I will talk with u..then what next I should do so I will safe physically as well as legally
Do not go alone to your husband’s or in-laws’ house; keep all threat messages/call records and immediately make a written complaint to the nearest police station or women’s cell, seeking protection.
You may also file an application under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for protection and residence orders, preferably through a local family law advocate.

keep calm and follow these steps first lodge a police complaint about threats and safely concern, then later file for Domestic Violence case against Husband and in laws.
