Do not go alone to your husband’s or in-laws’ house; keep all threat messages/call records and immediately make a written complaint to the nearest police station or women’s cell, seeking protection. You may also file an application under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 for protection and residence orders, preferably through a local family law advocate.

If you are receiving death threats from your husband or you genuinely fear for your safety, your first priority should be your personal security. Do not meet him alone or visit his parents' house unless you feel completely safe. If you wish to have a discussion, it should preferably be in the presence of family members, a mediator, or at a safe public place. If there is an immediate threat, you may approach the local police for protection and take appropriate legal remedies available under law. Keep all messages, call recordings, WhatsApp chats or any other evidence safely preserved, as they may be useful if legal proceedings become necessary. Please share the WhatsApp chats, call recordings, or any other relevant documents through the WhatsApp option on my profile for proper legal guidance based on your specific facts and to advise you on the appropriate legal course of action.

keep calm and follow these steps first lodge a police complaint about threats and safely concern, then later file for Domestic Violence case against Husband and in laws. If you don't wish to continue the marriage then you can file contested divorce under cruelty grounds and can also file case for maintenance under section 125 crpc if there is any doubt contact me for legal help. I offer quality service to women's facing such matrimonial difficult situations considering reasonable fees would be charged.
