I filed 498and 307 against my husband and in laws,but not filed 406,in this situation, they don't return my ornaments and other thing,then I filed searching case,1st notice served,but they don't appear on hearing date?can I get my matrimonial things?and what is nest procedure?

If the Chargesheet has not been filed you can ask the IO officially to add the section of 406IPC if not then wait for him to File the Chargesheet and then ask for a fresh investigation into the same case. Other ways are there, thus I would suggest to find a good lawyer.
