Under the Parents and Senior citizens act, they can file an application before the appropriate court and state their qualms therein. The said court having the powers of the first class judicial magistrate can call for the said culprits and take necessary action against them. In case of any further disturbance they should again lodge a complaint against the harasser. In case of any physical abuse immediate FIR should be filed.

Hello,
Your mother should lodge an FIR for domestic violence. Please record all the threatening if possible for evidence. Tough, I will be a better position to advice you more accurately if I get to know the full details of the case. Please feel free to contact me for a detailed discussion.

There is nothing to worry, if the house is in the name of the parents then have every right to ask their children to leave as stated by Supreme Court or else file a domestic violence case against your son and daughter in law learned court will do justice.

Dear client, your father can file a writ petition in Calcutta High Court alleging inaction on the part of the police in providing security to your father. High Court will pass necessary order in this regard.

There r lots of provisions in law to get relief. But without going through the matters and incidents its not possible to conclude which would be the right way to give relief. Better you consult with an Ld. Advocate.
