Sister's husband passed away. Her in laws starting harassing her.

I am writing about the property which is on the name of my sister husband.He is passed away on an accident which happened on 2012 August, also my sister only one daughter passed away on the same incident. after this incident the relatives of her husband started harassing her for moneyproperty on the name of her husband. (My sister mother in law is alive and staying with her daughter). she is very depressed due to those people. Need your advice on this
If the harassment still continues then your sister could file a case for dowry harassment under Section 498A IPC and also under Section 406 IPC for claiming her stridhan.
