my houe in mumbai i buy this house thru a power of attorney i was in gulf oman now i come back to india but my wife sister is staying in my house and threatening me for not come in my house,my wife also to support her they either provide me food or allow me to cook what is the solution I can report to the police pls tell me the way
You can file a suit for declaration of property and get a order from court that this property originally belongs to you once you have that in hand you can execute the courts order and you will have have full authority over your house.
