Sister filed bigamy case against her husband how can we prove it

my sister file 498a and 494. my sister husband get regular bail after 5 days of judiciary remand but that lady get anticipatory after 3 monts its possible and how we can proov to those people live in a room longtime and we need ur help and if its possible to punish them

Section 494 offences are bailable , Non cognizable and compoundable and hence the lady would have got bail in normal course upon submitting a bail application.
Probably your sister's husband would have gone to jail on grounds of 498A and not on 494.
People of opposite sex living in the same room when one of the person is legally married is good grounds for both adultery and under section 494.
So in order to get your sister's husband and the lady punished and jailed under section 494, you need to ensure that the case is put up for trial and the case decided at the earliest.
