Dear Sir/mam,
Firstly file a f.i.r well drafted against all of them and drag them to court. Tell her not to leave the inlaws house till case is filed.
Get a medical done from government hospital.

Then file a divorce.but make sure you consult a lawyer before f.i.r .

You may file for divorce on grounds of cruelty against the husband and also file criminal proceedings under 498a of the Indian penal code against all parties. Also this provision is to be seen whether the marriage is more than 7 years or not. Also file a maintenance suit against the husband simultaneously with the divorce petition.

Immediately lodge FIR in concerned police station. Section 498A will definitely be included in FIR. Similarly a criminal case under domestic violance act should be filed for making the 498A case strong. You can opt for divorce also if she doesn't want to stay with her husband and claim alimony
