sir my father is expired and we have two brothers and one sister in the housenboth are marriedn I am the youngest and I am unmarriednElder brother's wife troubles me and mother a lot.nSo much so that even those who come to take a room on rent are harassed and driven away, so they want to take the entire property.nI have been working since the age of 15 since my father expired, tell me what should I do now, when it comes to my relationship, these people instigate them too.

First let me know , whose name is there on property? if she harass you both then definitely you can complaint in police, and also your mother can file domestic violence case against her. can guide you better , if you can share more details of your case

Upon the death of your father, his property has devolved on his legal heirs which include his wife and children. Having said that you being the son has a right to reside in that property. Speaking of the domestic violence that your mother is on the receiving end of, she or you, on her behalf can file a complaint to the police under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
