sir/ ma'am, meri sister k husband ne bina divorce dusri shaadi kar li hai jiska valid proof bhi hai mere paas, sis k in laws ne dowry bhi li thi shadi k time uske bank transfer receipt bhi hai. Isko maara peeta gaya aur cruelty bhi ki. Meri sis ki shadi bihar me april 2017 me hui thi.. Lekin hum iss time delhi me hain sister bhi yahi hai humare sath. Kya delhi me FIR ya court case possible hai.?.

ma'am delhi mein FIR karne ke liye kuch information chahiye hogi mujhe. and jab wo bihar mein thi to tab wahan koi complain ki thi aapki sister ne? mujhe contact kijiye aur jankari ke liye and agar possible hai to aap mujhse mere office aa kar mil lijiye

Haan bilkul possible hai. Aapki behan kahi se bhi case karwa sakti hai Delhi se ya Bihar se bhi. Aur agar aapke paas pure saboot hai ki uski shaadi ho gayi hai toh uske upar aaram se FIR ho sakti hai under section 494 IPC. Aur domestic violence ka case bhi file ho sakta hai. Zyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact kare.

Ji haan. bilkul delhi me FIR and case dala Jaa sakta hai. aap bigamy, cruelty against women, stridhan etc ki FIR darj Kara sakte hai. yeh ek strong case hai kyuki isme aapke pass documentary evidences hai dowry ke toh aap dowry prohibition act me bhi case daal sakte hai...ladki ke saath hua atyachar ka isko bilkul saza milegi.
