Sim Ownership retaining from Ex girlfriend

My ex girlfriend is using a sim on my name can i retain the sim and use it. Can she do anything legally if i retain the sim

No, if the SIM is in your name then ask her to change the SIM and hand over the same to you. If she doesn't agree simply close the services by going to the service centre. Do not manipulate the situation and use it, as that can attract allegations from her side because it was used by her and would have been registered on multiple applications, services, etc. Open to Further queries.
