Your concern is understandable, and you are right to be worried. This is a serious matter, and you need to handle it correctly. Based on the details you provided, you are likely a target of an online blackmail scam. The threat of a POCSO case is a common tactic used to scare people into paying money. The most important thing to do right now is to stop all communication with her immediately. Do not send any messages, do not answer her calls, and most importantly, do not pay any money. Paying will not make the problem go away; it will only encourage further demands. We understand how frightening this is, but you should know that you have legal options. You need an expert to guide you through this, protect your rights, and take the correct legal steps to handle this situation. Contact us for a confidential consultation. We will assess the details of your case and provide you with a clear strategy to protect you and resolve this matter. We are confident we can help you.

This is a very serious situation and you must act carefully right now. Her age is very important - if she is younger (like 15), it will be much harder for you to get bail than if she was 17. The younger she is, the more serious the case becomes. You must stop all contact with her immediately, because any further messages can be used against you. It is critical that you save the entire chat as evidence, from the first message to her threat. While you should be very concerned because a POCSO case is severe.

Save all screenshots, chat records and any proof of the conversation. Do not delete anything and stop all further personal chats with her. If she continues to threaten you, immediately approach your local police . Do not agree to give money or personal favours in exchange for silence.
