Sir,
Ur questions are very incomplete. For coming to the appropriate legal position, the following informations are to b brought into :
1. Property belongs to whom, father or mother ?
2. If d property is already gifted, question of new ownership does not arise.
3. Is d gifted property is a portion or relates to entire property?
4. If it relates to entire property, why d question of WILL is coming??
Plz. Give the information in detail & put the question.

if there is no will and assuming you are hindu , definitely your sisters have equal share on the ancestral property. But as far as this gift is concerned I need to understand it in detail. Is the gift deed is a registered Deed? To whom the property is been gifted? Please make this points clear
