You all are share holders in your mother and father property equally if you profess Hindu religion. If you all belong to muslim community all would be share holders in both the properties leftover by your parents. But the share of a son would be double the share of a daughter.

Dear Client,
Self acquired property of father or mother will divide equally among all the sons and daughters, if they died without executing any will that is to say that they did not dispose of the property during their life time. If any body dies without disposing of his/her property, then it will divide among heirs equally.

Dear,

All the five legal heirs will have equal share in the property of father and mother if the father and mother deceased intestate (not made a will before death). However, if there is a will, the properties will go the legal heir(s) whose name is mentioned in the will.
