Separately living wife withdrawing 50percent of pension amount from jo

My wife was file a divorce case in 2002 at chinsurah court.in the year 2006 temporary allomoney of rs3000pm order by court. After that I'm not attend court. When I'm retiring from railway service in january24 as per railway advice for pension credit I have open a joint account with separate living wife. After that when pension credited into Bank account she is withdrawing 50percent of pension amount from joint bank account by mobile banking. Other side mat228 of 2002 shows disposed & no-other re
File an application in the same court to stop her access to the joint account and seek direction to close or freeze it. Also, check court order status and file for modification if case is disposed. contact me for consultation with fees.
