Seeking protection from police while going to inlaws place

19-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello, I got married in 2010.have been living with my in-laws and husband since then. I did not get any financial support from my husband neither for my basic expenses/delivery or for my daughter's schooling. So I shifted to my parents place since April'18. Now I want to go to my in-laws place to take my daughter's clothing and my daily needs things, can I go there? I have not yet filed divorce. Can I go to police Station asking for help if they can accompany me and help me to take my stuff.

In this regard, i advice you to go to the police station under whose jurisdiction your matrimonial house is situated and inform them about you visiting your matrimonial house. (above advice is in the background you do not want to file a case.) But if you want to take legal course then approach MM court and take protections orders in which the Court itself will make arrangements to get the said worry from your matrimonial house.
