first wife knows and agree for second marriage but will not give divorce is this safe for husband 1) can first wife file bigamy case against husband even after giving NOC 2) Can husband make one side divorce and force first wife to give divorce after giving NOC 3) is it illegal to registered marriage without having divorce 4) can husband get marriage certificate after first wife giving NOC . 5) in what term husband get one side divorce ( first wife health really bad and she is depressed husband does not live with wife ) 6) what can wife do if husband living relationship? can she file against husband

According to Hindu marriages Act, husband cannot marry second time therefore no question of first wife giving NOC arise, you got to first dissolve your first marriage and then only can you marry second time.
