Second Marriage By Spouse ......

Me and my spouse are living separately from day 1 of marriage from last 2.5 years. I have filed a annulment of marriage case ad she field for maintenance. Now I got to know that she got married again and living with her new spouse. What action I could take and what proof I should have to take the action . Plz help

if your wife is living separately from day one of marriage and your marriage has not been consummated, in that situation you should have filed case of divorce rather than filing a case annulment of marriage. now if you have sufficient proof of second marriage of your wife you may fine complaint against her at police station as it is an offence under section 494 of IPC
