Rights of wife for maintenance after divorce

I'm working in a project from2012 but project was closed I file a maintainance from my husband from 2015 can I eligible for interim maintenance

madam good morning you do not mentioned that you had get diverce or not you can claim intrem mainteance from your husband but you file a maintenance case separateraly in the family court ..

Yes, you are eligible for maintenance , if you are destitute lady and not being maintained by husband, your children if any also eligible to get maintenance from their father, but matter of concern is that you have to prove your marriage with him

Yes you are eligible to get interim maintenance. But the interim maintenance is awarded only for a period of one year. On expiry of one year you have to file an IA application under section 125 (3)(2) crpc once again.

Yes you are eligible for maintenance as well as intrim maintenance . But you have To prove that you have no source of income . Please clarify the current positions of the case and the case is under which provision
