Rights of livein partner over already married man's property

Does a hindu woman not legally married but has live in relation ship with Hindu man for 20 years have any legal rights over the house property and it's rentals. She was already illegally married to another man 25 years back and separated by court .But it also wasn't a proper divorse. She already got maintenance for her previous illegal marriage from the first so called spouse. No again she is trying to gain mileage from her 2nd live in partner. The said 2nd man was also earlier married and separated from his legal wife without a divorce. WHAT ARE IMPLICATIONS IF SHE USES POLICE TO HARASS
