Right to stay in in laws house husband still studying I am not working

If I am not working and my husband is still studying then is there any right of mine to stay in my in-laws house?because my in-laws don't want me to stay with them and my husband wants to find a way to escape from me.What can I do?How can I get my rights?
You cannot force your inlaws to stay with you at their earned house, but surely your husband has a responsibility towards you. So you have case against your husband not against your in laws in this situation. Should consult an advocate for better solution .

Yes you have the right to stay with in laws if you are the legal married wife of the person . If they are not permitting you to stay with them the you are advise to file case under the provisions of dv act for right of residence
