I had closed case in court which filed for dv case. My husband's filed dv against me. My two kids Aviral n Atharv staying with him and his mother. Want to reside with Anurag Jain for the Future of my two kids but his big brother Sachin create violence and his family not allow me to enter house, my mother in law pushed me and also they create negative thoughts to Aviral n Atharv ... Want to live peacefully with my two kids Aviral n Atharv and don't want his brother family to be around us .

File a case under Dv act. since you mentioned you have closed that case, file a restoration application seeking opening of the case and residential order under section 19 by the DV Court. Once that order is granted in your favour you can also plead for alternate accommodation praying that you want to live with your children peacefully. That should serve the purpose.

you may file the dv case again seeking rhe reliefs which you want again. you have a right to peaceful shared household and also to live peacefully with your kids and if you are unable to do so, you may approach the court seeking the reliefs you want.

Go for the custody of your children on the ground of unfavorable environment of your in laws house for your children. You can also Sec 9 petition for demanding of your conjugal rights from your husband.
