Right to live with husband in separate house due to torture by in laws

I left my husband s home with my son in self defence from my in laws.My husband filed a case against me under section 9 to get me back.But I am not safe in that rental home where my husband is residing. I want to live with him in his own house in other city. But my 4 sisters in law don't want me to live there.I want my right. Plz give me advise.
You can file a petition under section 12 of protection of women from domestic violence Act, Seeking relief of accomodation, which is Most suitable for you, along with it you can also seek other relief under this act

Your husband had filed sec 9 hma for conjugal right case that means he wants to live with you but if you dont want to live with her or want to live with him in sone other city you have to apoear in that case and give suitable reply

No can force you to live where you don't wanna live. If you feel that there is a danger to your life, then no court of law can force you to live there. Your husband must agree to your conditions if he wants that you live with him.
