Right on deceased father's fixed deposit if mother is joint holder

 i have 2 sister, 1 brother and mother, my father expired on 2015. there are some fixed deposit of my father in which my mother is nominee, and in some fixed deposit my mother and father are joint holder. could we claim on these fixed deposit. kindly advice

With respect to a claim all are entitled including your mother and your siblings as they have a right of succession to your father's estate. However I would like to know certain other things too to advice you further.

You have asked the question in objective form but I will give you answer with little details you can claim money property of your parents by filing a suit for declaration in the case of intestate property and if it is not interested property then you have to file a suit for mutation of will
