right of wife to keep children in the house
21-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband left me a couple of years ago. The house is his in his name, but I'm staying in it. He has not divorced me yet, but we're living apart.
The kids (one son and one daughter), want to stay with me. They're both over 20 years old. Do I have a right to keep them with me? My husband says I can't keep them with me in the house, since he owns it.
(I'm a hindu.)
