can a women get some share of money from her husband's pension even when they are not divorced and living together..husband is not giving anything to wife
you are legally entitled to get certain amount and if your husband is not paying you, let do written complain to the department in written to such intention. All the things and reasons are required to be mentioned in the application and if even then, the same is not paid to you, let file writ application before the honourable high court.
