request for legal advise on matrimonial issues and process

02-Mar-2026 (In Family Law)
I am seeking your legal guidance regarding a matrimonial dispute that has recently escalated into a court matter. A petition has been filed by my husband’s side. From the circumstances and prior communication, it appears that the petition was filed more as a form of pressure during ongoing family disputes rather than as a genuine attempt at resolution. For the past 2–3 months, there has been continuous back-and-forth communication between both families, but no constructive outcome has been reache

Since a petition has been filed, respond legally through counsel without reacting emotionally. File a detailed reply, seek mediation if appropriate, and preserve all communications as evidence to counter pressure tactics.
