My love marriage with my husbnd was done on 8 nov 2016 photos of marriage are there ,then after my study we had social marriage on 21 april 2022,but I discovered he and his fmli did one more marrige one month before our marriage, other marrige done 4 march 2022,.in 2013 my old matter was there in which notry stamp made only ,no marrige done and it was portrayed as court marriage, then that boy also remarried, I filed 494,dv in misconception that I am legally married, I stayed only a month there
you should have laugh FIR against your husband at nearest police station in various sections of IPC like 406' 498A and u also file a application at nearest court for mentince under section 125 cr PC and also file application of domestic violence against your husband..
