Relatives claiming ownership over ancestral property

My relatives making claim on my land on which house is constructed by my ancestors 55 years ago and in lieu of that land money is also Paid to them 55 years ago .now what we can do in this matter

If such a transaction had taken place 55 years ago wherein the the money had been paid in lieu of transaction, such an agreement must have executed on a paper and registered legally.
However, if you have lost that document that would create problems. Remember that a case can be instituted even on a photocopy of the document.

Dear Client,
In the pesent situation like this, you just need to file a "title suit" annexing all the supporting documents in the respective Civil Court. The learned Civil Court will then decide the matter.
