Kya kare jab ladka bahana bana de ki uske family walo ko relationship ka pata chal gaya jabki ladki n aage se usse approach hi nahi kiya tha usne jabardasti relation banaya and emotional Balck mail Kiya or ladki bhi uski baato m phas gyi ab shadi k baari aate h ladka bhaag gaya ab isme legal help to nahi milegi to kya karna chahiye
Agr Shadi ka bolke relation bnaya gya hai toh aapke paas upay hai ki aap complaint darj kraye uske khilaf jis se aapki madd ho payegi aur relation made under false pretext of marriage ka case bnega aur aage ki karvahi ki jayegi.

you cannot force him to marry you nor the court can order this, however, you can institute case against him that on pretext of marriage he asked you for physical favor and also harassed you. As such you have only remedy to institute criminal case against him.
