Registering marriage under special marriage act

I am girl from jain community. I am software engineer. My partner is from muslim community. His family is supporting our marriage decision. My parents are opposing this marriage. We want to marry under special marriage act. But in 30 days of notice period we don't want notice to reach my parents . We want to send direct intimation letter after marriage. Is there any solution for this?

from which city r u?? u can get married on under Hindu marriage act.. The Hindu marriage Act is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted in 1955. Three other important acts were also enacted as part of the Hindu Code Bills during this time: the Hindu Succession Act, the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act.
