Regarding- wife withdraw 125 crpc , FIR and file Mutual Divorce

Hi, My wife filed FIR in Police station and 125 crpc maintenance . Now, she agreed for settlement and will withdraw 125 crpc case and police case. On the same time, we will file Mutual divorce. Our Religion is hindu and we have one daughter. What are the important things do I need to consider Thanks in advance...

STEP 1: First Motion involves joint filing of divorce petition. STEP 2: Husband & wife appear before court to record statements after filing of petition. STEP 3: Court examines petition, documents, tries reconciliation, records statements. STEP 4: Court passes order on First Motion

First you need to enter memorandum of understanding with all details including your property details and all withdrawal cases and child custody

Hello. Have they given any money or property settlement to their daughter? No. If you haven't talked to their spouse at all, no problem. Both parties can file petition for mutual divorce. maximum 7 months u get a order copy . further details from my side contact me.
