Hi,
My wife filed FIR in Police station and 125 crpc maintenance . Now, she agreed for settlement and will withdraw 125 crpc case and police case. On the same time, we will file Mutual divorce.
Our Religion is hindu and we have one daughter.
What are the important things do I need to consider

Hello. Have they given any money or property settlement to their daughter? No. If you haven't talked to their spouse at all, no problem. Both parties can file petition for mutual divorce. maximum 7 months u get a order copy . further details from my side contact me.
