Regarding transfer of cases on father

03-Sep-2024 (In Family Law)
Hi, My father, nearly 75, is involved in several legal cases: A dispute over a home division with his younger brother. A stay on a commercial property by his sister, preventing its sale. Various property-related cases where amounts were taken, but the property hasn't been signed by him as the mortgagor. This is taking a toll on him, and I'm in my 40s, worried about what happens to these cases if he passes away. Will the properties be taken by the government, and will the cases be dismissed?

Hi.. Don't worry the government will not take away your father's property at all. God forbids if your father is not there you or his other legal heirs must come on the case and become a party and fight the case as legal representatives.. The case will not be dismissed per however if no bodya is appearing in your concerned cases.. the case may pass an x party order or so
