Regarding Revoking of relinquishment deed through Senior Citizen Act

10/2018 our family members my sisters and mother total 7 co-owner 6member made relinquishment deed thus iam owner of property. transfer was unconditional was not having any clause stating regarding their maintence now in 2023 ,mother changed her mind under influence,went to senior citizen tribunal to challenge documents and stated documents are fake forged, manipulated and want property back on their name,son is not maintaining her.But i made gift deed to wife in 2019 will it be reversed back

You will have to contest it and prove that the document isn’t forged. Only by doing that will you be able to prove the intention of the relinquishment deed and get the suit for declaration challenging the Deed dismissed.
