Regarding privacy of my phone against my parents when I am 24 years

I am 24 years old girl , Can I file case against my own parents who keeps checking my phone without my knowledge at an intervel ?

Dear Queriest as per your query you have mentioned that you are not getting privacy since your phone is always checked by your parents, and you want to make a complaint against them, there is no such law to prevent your parents from stopping them to check your phone since they are who take care of you and your well-being,for more information about the same kindly contact me.
