Regarding Legal Heir Certificate and succession of property

Sir, My husband recently expired due to illness. Now my inlaws are forcing to sign for legal heir certificate. How does it affect me. we got married 5 years back. we dont have kids. Who are the legal heirs for my husband. if i sign on legal heir once , does my in laws can take all assets of my husband without me. Does my in laws say that i am not legal heir. They are ready to withdraw the amount(My husband did fixed deposit after selling) of my husband constructed by my husband and elder brother which was sold last year and I wont take this amount being my husband own. How about EPF amount of my husband who are eligible to take this. Please Clarify. Thank You

madam u don't know what they are trying to get your sign but for legal heir suit has to be filed and your question can the in laws take all pf and properties of your husband yes they can suppressing the fact that he was married and after marriage you are the class one heir of your husband if they suppress your presence only then you can they can claim for more details please contact me

You are the legal heir to your husband. no doubt in it. you have the right to get the property or amounts fixed by your husband. please verify the fdrs, and all who wrote as nominee. please be sure that EPF also gives to the wife only if your name is entered in his service records.
