Regarding Court Marriage and It's Legality

24-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I am a born Hindu and my partner is a born Muslim. We want to marry each other. She and her family has asked me to marry her according to her Islamic rituals first and then allowed us to marry in Court under Special Marriage Act. Is this possible, and if so, then how?

if the marriage is first solemnized under the Muslim rituals then you have to first convert yourself to Islam. if that happens then no problem otherwise the first ceremony would be inconsequential in the eyes of law. now as far as registration under special marriage Act is concerned it has no fetters and irrespective of your religious status it can be done. so all the best.
