About 7 years back, elder brother who had no child adopted the new born 3rd son of his younger brother. Adoption deed was got duly registered by concerned Sub Registrar. But after few months, both brothers had some dispute n exchange of hot words n resultantly, the biological parents took their son to their house and they didn't give the child back. At present, child is 7 years old. nnAfter 2 years, elder brother adopted a new born girl child from a non relation n she is now 5 years oldNow elder brother wants the adoption deed to be cancelled as the boy child had already been taken back by his real parents. Since he has adopted a girl child now n is bringing her up, he also don't want to take the adopted child back. nnWhat legal step can be taken in this situation? Please guide!
