Reg the death before retirement case of Maharashtra govt employee

If the deceased was a school principle and have a nominee added to pension as his wife but no nominee added to gratuity and fund amount. Then, to whom the amount will be go to, is that his wife and children or his only mother, who have two eligible daughters to take care of her.

hello client your question is not in full length so I could not advice without seeing document and all so you make a meeting with advocate and get advice. That you should meet advocate along with document.
