Recover money is legal after engagement.

I engaged with women . After i gave many gifts and money to her , further i have all bills and i pay installments after engagement . I gave gifts because i thought that she will bring back to my house after we marry . But unfortunately, it wont work and even she cheated on me. Can i recover money and gifts

It’s advisable to serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area regarding your grievances. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
