RE MARRIAGE WITHOUT DIVORCE AS HUSBAND IS MISSING SINCE LAST 6 YEARS

I ALONG WITH MY 10YEAR CHILD SEPERATED FROM MY HUSBAND 7 YEARS BACK. I FILED CASE FOR RECOVERY OF MAINTENANCE NONE APPEARED ON BEHALF OF MY HUSBAND, NOTICE ISSUED BY COURT RECEIVED BACK AS HE LEFT IS RENTED HOUSE. NOW HOW CAN I RE MARRY IN THE EYES OF LAWS.

hello Madam please tell me whether you have heard of your husband or any of his relatives over all these years if no then there could be presumption of him being dead please feel free to call us for further discussion on this issue thanks Adv Dr Preeti Manderna
